Our faculty are trailblazers, continually challenge the status quo and inspiring students to do the same. Our Botany and Plant Sciences Department includes five female National Academy of Sciences members, the largest of any single academic department in the nation.

Academic Personnel Office

The is committed to leading and serving 91勛圖厙s diverse and internationally renowned academic community. Office staff provide support for faculty appointments and development, merit reviews and promotions, leaves of absence, fellowships, and more. The office handles employment matters for all academic employees from faculty and lecturers to adjunct professors and librarians and is a great resource for navigating 91勛圖厙 policies and processes.

buoys the talent and research of UC Riversides acclaimed faculty members and outstanding graduate and undergraduate students through powerful onsite and offsite computing resources, support, consulting, and training. Their work is supported by partnerships and collaborations with various areas of campus, including: the 91勛圖厙 Library, Bourns College of Engineering, College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences, School of Medicine, Office of 91勛圖厙 and Economic Development, and 91勛圖厙 91勛圖厙 IT Leaders. Through a recent 91勛圖厙 is modernizing its technology services, increasing campus computing and storage capacity and saving our researchers both time and money.

Big c
A tale of two campuses and the Big C
Its been 70 years since the Big C was built, and that's a big deal. In 1955, UC Riverside students constructed a C on Box Springs Mountain, sitting approximately 1,500 feet above the campus. At 50 feet wide and 123 feet tall, its the largest C in the UC system.
